Start your day with a healthy drink like coconut water, fresh fruit juice, or lukewarm water with honey and lemon. Or you can make some healthy fruit juice carrot, beetroot, and spinach. These drinks won’t solely offer you freshness additionally purifies the blood.

This tip is a great stress buster, sing your favorite songs while taking a bath, (no one will judge your singing skills😂). It relieves stress, gives happiness, and improve mental health issues. If you never tried it, pick a song, grab the showerhead, and put on your own private concert.
Do Not Skip Breakfast
Don’t ever skip your morning meal. Not having breakfast is linked to other harmful habits that lead to hypertension, obesity, and high blood pressure which in turn increases the risk of heart attack strokes. Add healthy fruits, healthy proteins, and fiber-rich foods to your breakfast.
Develop A Habit Of Reading
Form a habit of reading books. It develops your mind, gives you excessive knowledge and lessons of life. It helps you to understand the world around you better.
It can enhance your creative mind ability. The hours you spend on your phone give at least a quarter or half of that to books (novels) and you will be gonna love it.
Stay Hydrated
Drink a minimum of 7-8 glasses of water per day. It helps to maintain the balance of body fluids. If you don’t have a habit of drinking water always put a water bottle on your desk.

Walking may be a good way to enhance or maintain your overall health. You would only need to walk 7000 – 8000 steps a day. You also can use Google’s Fitbit to track your steps and activity.
Cook Your Own Meals
Abandon the readymade food and takeouts, make your own food. Even you don’t know how to cook, start learning. Believe me, it feels so good to cook food for your loved ones. By cooking for yourself you can provide fresh, wholesome meals to your family.
Eat Without Distractions
I have seen people reading newspapers, using smartphones, watching TV, driving, and working while having food. If we are feeding ourselves while multitasking our body never gets clear signals that we’re taking nutrients in.
Be Kind To Everyone
If you show a genuine feeling of kindness to others, trust me you will feel empowered to do anything in life. Talk about any of the successful people, they all have one thing in common – Gratefulness. By doing this you will feel a sense of positivity around you.
Stretching Before Bed
Do stretching and some small exercises before going to bed. It allows your muscles to ease any stress-induced tension so that you have good sleep.
Taking Proper Sleep Is Must
Many gyan gurus must have told you to wake up early in the morning. But getting up early morning should not mean sleeping less than your body requires. Sleep whenever your schedule allows and makes sure to get enough of it.
Love Yourself
Love yourself because it is not up to others to love you. Do things that make you happy. Make your heart happy and don’t overload it with sorrow. Self-love motivates you to form healthy choices in life.
